Welcome to Travelling Leaders. By booking a package, hotel, flight or other travel service through our website, social channels or office, you acknowledge and accept the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Package Booking Policy

All travel packages, tours, hotel bookings and related services are treated as non-refundable once booked. Customers are informed of this condition when the booking and payment are confirmed.

No refund is available for changes of plans, no-shows, early departure, personal emergencies, visa rejection, or missed transportation caused by the customer.

2. Airline Delay or Cancellation

If an airline directly causes a flight delay, cancellation or other disruption, a customer may qualify for a refund subject to the applicable airline, hotel and supplier rules.

Eligibility can depend on airline/supplier approval and any supporting documents requested from the customer.

3. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved for an eligible airline delay or cancellation, Travelling Leaders will process it within 10–15 working days, subject to the processing time of the airline, hotel/supplier, bank or payment gateway.

4. Force Majeure

Travelling Leaders is not responsible for cancellations, delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics and airline operational issues.

Any refund in such circumstances will be governed by the applicable airline, hotel and service-provider policies.

5. Customer Responsibility

By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy and accept the non-refundable nature of the booking and the applicable terms before making payment.
